I started making jewelry when I was a kid because I was painfully shy -- like, tears stinging my eyes when I met new people shy. I found that the easiest way to spark conversation was to literally wear a conversation starter, and my favorites quickly became handmade jewelry.

I started Poncerella while on a break from my career in audio production and podcasting, and I gave the company my childhood nickname. Wearing just one thing to boost my confidence has always helped me connect with other people, and if that's you too, you've come to the right place!
